Directors

Nick Storm - CEO/Girls Director

As Chief Executive Officer of the Minnesota Fury, Nick is charge of the financial and organizational aspects of the Fury. Nick works hard to make sure everything ticks and runs smoothly. He will also be very involved in recruiting for both the Girls and Boys teams.

Along with these duties, Nick will also be coaching the 16U Girls team. He is known for his ability to develop defensive schemes and throw opponents off balance by changing defensive sets. Nick comes from the Rochester, MN area and has been very involved in the basketball scene in the Twin Cities area. This Winter, Nick will serve as Varsity Assistant at Apple Valley.

Nick attended of the University of Minnesota's prestigious Carlson School of Management where he graduated with a B.S.B in Finance and currently works as a Grain Trader for U.S. Commodities located in downtown Minneapolis.

Justin Morris - Girls Director

Justin comes to us from Austin, Minnesota, where he was a three year starter for the Austin Packers. (In southern Minnesota, 6-5 small forwards don't just grow on trees) As Director of Girls Basketball Operations, his job is to work with Nick to put together the best girls' teams that he can and everything on the girls' side.

Justin will also be coaching our 15U girls team. He has been involved in basketball for many years, starting with coaching and working youth camps while in high school. He has also served as an Assistant Varsity Boys coach. This winter Justin will begin his second season at Mahtomedi High School, as the Head Sophomore Coach and Assistant Varsity Girls Coach.

We are lucky to have Justin's hard work ethic and outgoing personality on our team! He already has been working his tail off recruiting, and don't expect him to let up until all the teams are filled with great players!

Ben Davis - Boys Director

We try not to give this Wisconsinite too much grief for his homeland, but what he does get he takes well. Ben is from Marshall, Wisconsin, and is our Director of Boys Basketball Operations. Much like Justin on the girls' side, Ben will be in charge of boys' recruiting and organizational aspects with those teams.

Ben has a ton of coaching experience! Being a late bloomer in the height department, Ben used his passion for basketball to coach instead of play. He fell in love with coaching so much that when begged by the Marshall High School coaches to not only play, but start at point guard as a senior, he politely turned them down, saying that he had found his passion. Since being in Minnesota, Ben has served as the Freshman Boys coach at Blaine, 15U Boys coach for the Minnesota Magic AAU, and this winter is the Head Sophomore Coach and Varsity Assistant Boys Coach at Monticello.

Ben works harder than anyone else we have seen, and we are glad he is working hard for the Fury and not for the competition. Expect to see Ben out at games almost every night this winter, looking for talented Boys to be part of the Fury!
